Public list would never happen. Could be on a guild discord but not listed in any blizzard forums as call outs are not allowed
But a lot of guilds track things like this.

Hah hah… of course not. I have heard of discord groups tracking these sorts of obnoxious players. As a very casual player, I’ve almost never run into situations like this. But I’m pretty much running old content via LFD. I keep my head down- Swiping, Thrashing, Mangling, and Mauling my way through the dungeons with my party in tow. No party chat, no whispers.
