some pieces are tied to achievements.
if you’re not interested in the achievements, or already have them, you don’t need to keep the items.

Thanks. I will hoard them in my bank for a while longer. Did not know about the achievement aspect. I will look into those.
If you need more space, don’t forget you’ve got void storage too. I always tend to forget it personally and am always surprised when I do remember it and find all sorts of stuff I forgot about.

But.
You never know what changes will be made to the game in the future. There are things that I sold/tossed for bank and bag space a long time ago that I would have loved to have gotten the appearances for before transmog came out. For all we know, they could completely rework the transmog system again, or replace it with something else, or undo it (I mean, there’d be riots, but they could).
If it’s a piece you really enjoy I’d hang on to it just in case.
