My buddy is playing balance and in level 85 raids and is missing several spells when everyone else isn’t. He has hit cap with Hit/Spirit with the Balance of Power talent but still having issues. Could this talent be bugging and not counting his spirit from gear?
Probably looking at melee hit and not actually spell hit capped

He needs around think like 1700 spell hit to not miss on raid bosses
