Seriously thought they’d be in with Wrath launch. Anyone know if they’re coming in a later phase or something?
Phase 4 would match the original release, which was Patch 3.3.0 for ICC Release.

It should be available from day 1, just like Gigantique Bag was available from day one in TBC.
I saw one today in Dalaran. Clicked on it and it had options for all of the Northrend zones.
