That’s LocalDefense, not WorldDefense. The latter has been broken since the Legion prepatch and was never fixed.

No, they weren’t. Those PvP areas died out when town queueing started, because we didn’t have to go to the instance portals to queue then. Chromie Time had nothing to do with it. Those things died in TBC and WotLK.

darkshire on my server cluster was very lit. maybe it depended on the cluster but it had a ton of activity up until chromie time was implemented.
