If you read the hundreds of post in this thread and how people write, they aren’t pointing to those players who have behaved badly, they are pointing to the entire faction. This is a failure to word well. Word better.
Is it really surprising that a bystander looking at this thread comes to the conclusion that the posters here think that all Horde players are bad people even if they weren’t involved in BS that happened eight years ago?
Maybe I’ve missed it but I’ve seen no reasonable solution presented. I just see hatred and people playing victim.

This didn’t actually occur. There was a bitter exchange between Enekie and Kailarra but Enekie apologized for it. It still isn’t occurring no matter how angrily and repeatedly certain Horde insist it is.
It is surprising when I for one was careful to clarify that it’s only a certain specific group. So ignoring that to insist all Horde players are being lambasted requires ignoring what’s actually being said.

As an aside, as an actual real life abuse victim, who suffered beatings at the hand of their parents, who has suffered homelessness and other terrible things, I find throwing the word ‘abuse’ around willy nilly because someone was a jerk in RP distasteful and dismissive of my own suffering.

And as another actual real life abuse victim, who has also been homeless and was emotionally terrorized and run out of my own home by my stepfather who then proceeded to emotionally and physically abuse my brother and mother, I too have some perspective and can handily disagree with you. Abuse can take many forms and it happens online all the time. Your refusal to acknowledge it doesn’t invalidate someone else’s experiences or how it shades their future interactions.
So someone getting their feelings hurt in pretend time is worse than being beaten?
