Any Automated way to merge battle.net accounts?

Hi I’m looking to merge my battle.net accounts, as to have both my WoW accounts on the same Bnet account. I put in a ticket however the wait time is 19 days which seems super long, is there any way to bypass the ticket and do it myself on my own end or any call-line/live chats?

Queues are super long right now, but likely won’t be 19 days.

There is no way to merge Battlenet accounts, not even on our side. What we CAN do is move WoW licenses provided the accounts match.

Now - this is important.

Please be aware that while a license can be moved, you are going to lose anything that is at the Battlenet level on the moved license. That’s pets, mounts, achievements, heirlooms - anything that is shared across an entire Battlenet account stays with the ORIGNAL Battlenet account. If that is fine, you can request a license be moved.

Oh yeah that would be fine, I’ll add an addendum to my ticket to specific I’d like my license moved over. Good to know it wont be 19 days, thank your for the info!

Most issues are 6-8ish day range. They are trying to get to everyone as quickly as possible.

I’m doing it for WoW classic purposes, does this come with any additional hindrances I should be aware of?

Excellent question.

Combine Battle.net Accounts - Blizzard Support

Classic isn’t called out as an exception. That does have some good info on what may be left behind.

Just as a by the by - if you’re doing it for the toons you have on a locked server on one account, in hopes of using it to create new characters on said locked server on a second account?

That will not work.

Characters counting on the locked realms only count for that one account/license. The boon is not carried over to any other account or license. We’ve seen a few instances now where people had characters on Benediction on account/license A. They then created a second account/license - all under the same battle.net - that we will call account/license B. They then thought that they could use account B’s boost on Benediction since they already had the characters on account A. Come to find out, it does not work like that.

So just wanted to make sure you were aware of this before you merge, if this was why you were wanting to do it.
