Just try to have fun, don’t let a game give you anxiety. Trust me I have anxiety too but you learn to control it.

I’m probably the quietest person who has consistently played at high mmr. I keep my mic muted unless I’m watching a base or playing with people I’m super comfortable with. Always been that way but my anxiety is more so social anxiety.

I have been stuck around 1550 for a week now . Win 1 game , then lose the next . Group disbands. Rinse and repeat all week .

Are you warm or cold when you’re playing? Try playing in a warm setting is you get anxiety chills
Rated isn’t fun to me but blizz said that’s where you have to go to get the gear to have fun in casual pvp so thats where I’m going. Severe chills and shake hands eveey time. So fun!
I’d either not play or try non max level pvp.

I remember back when I first started quing for rated arenas I would get similar, maybe not full on anxiety attack, but my adrenaline would spike like crazy as soon as the gates opened and after every game my hands would be shaking. I 1000% made mistakes I shouldn’t have because of that, and getting rid of that just comes with more games qued. Eventually quing up rated will feel normal.
I think that’s pretty normal tbh, the first progression raid I ever set foot in was similar, tho to a lesser extent. When you’re in a relatively new environment, with high stakes, it tends to make you feel that way in my experience. Nothing will get rid of that but time doing said thing.
i have anxiety during arenas because its so fast paced lol, i get overstimmed. but i also have social anxiety so maybe it ties into it.
just remember its just a game, nothing that happens in game affects your real life.

Sounds like you just need a short break from rated pvp.
The pressure will hopefully go away after you spend more time queueing games and get used to it.
