These nerfs seen so unnecessary compared to other classes performance.
Itâs concerning that these nerfs to Obliteration could force Breath of Sindy back into the meta (yuck no thanks)

Yeah no. Obliterate is way more fun.

By looking at how Frost is doing in Keys on Beta along side internal data and testing. They literally do not care about what is going on in these meme Heroics. People are still running Keys on beta testing specs even today, which if you look how all the specs that got nerfed to day are performing on beta, you kinda get an idea what their goal was. Todays nerfs basically brought down the top specs in M+ which were Frost DK, Enhance, Elemental, and Arcane (except they destroyed the entire play style arcane has been playing). All of these specs (except Arcane) essentially just got like 4-6% nerfs when all them were drastically higher than other specs in the game in both M+ and projected Raid performance. Frost is still in a good spot, it just got reigned in a bit alongside a couple of other high performing specs. Yall are reminding me when every Unholy DK was dooming at the start of SL when they nerfed their mastery scaling after heroic week, screech the spec is dead, and then it remained on the best specs in the game.

LOL at some of you saying youâre going to quit when your spec thatâs 50% ahead of many others gets a couple 6-10% nerfs.
Itâs called balancing the game. Have we not learned this by now? Pre-season is the time to balance.
People dont care about balance, they want to be top dps and not gaf about balance until theyre not top dps anymore.
This would be true if it wasnât, on the whole, absolute nonsense. People want to NOT feel pointlessly under performing. Especially when thereâs 3 other melee classes OVER performing not getting adjusted at all. Especially when DKâs specifically had 3 expansions of one spec being pretty garbage, like, quite literally not competitive in the PVE space at all when compared to Unholy. And 2 Handed Frost at that was performing exceptionally well in the pre-patch when compared to Unholy. And now in the current expansion with itemization 2h Frost barely checks the boxes except for a very tiny proc window, which is difficult to hit because the primary damage skills are depend on 3 different cool downs and D N FRIGGIN D even with an additional use and reduced CD is still a garbage component of DK, DPS dependence.

Other than Fury, what are the other two specs that are over performing?
If you arenât top damage as a Frost DK right now, you are playing the class incorrectly. Sorry, but the nerfs did not move the needle on how OP Frost is right now.
Meanwhile, Ret is barely ahead of the tanks.

Arcane needed a nerf, hands down without question.
Fury has been untouched and is dominating.
Frost hasnât been good Since Legion and weâre finally a pickable class with some light weight utility.
At this point, why bring a DK over a Fury warrior? Honest question? Hero talents is one thing, core class design is another. When the CORE gets the nerf bat, BOTH hero talents still make the class suck. Get it?

Here, let me respond from experience, i have a lvl 80 Ret Paladin geared in like 580 gear that on average tops meters, granted in heroic, by a wide margin MOST encounters my wake of ashes CD is up. Maybe you donât know what youâre doing, maybe youâre under geared or perhaps you have a weird build that doesnât get the numbers. Iâve seen it from other Ret paladins and I do so myself. So I dunno how youâre perplexed.
