Another reason Blizzard is losing employees

I do understand this. i hope those folks instead negotiate and the company does right and a compromise is made.

I dont think cut and run and the first issue is the solution.

To me thats the no brainer in the whole mess. But what do i know i guess

It isn’t speculation. Every major company was remote hiring during COVID and WFH was a reason they were doing it. Now they’ve scaled by WFH and are forcing these employees to quit as they know that most cannot afford to move with no pay increase.

“California is the best state in the west coast!”

Salaries get double taxed on paychecks and you have to worry about a 14% state income tax and a federal tax for tax day

No wonder people are moving out

Nah, according to Brewa and Co. its the evil investors that actually bought property and are waiting for the political garbage to blow over in California that are the real culprits.

‘You leave big government alone!’ Is their sonorous warcry.

Rich people are moving in. They want to be there as Cali is still growing and beneficial if you’re rich. The issue is that the poorer Cali natives are being forced out.

Why do you think people are going to willing to share their work contract with someone like you, who is not only opposed to worker rights, but seems to hate everyone in general?

Wiccans are nice people. But you wouldn’t understand what it is to be a nice person.

Rich dumb Andy’s are moving in the actual smart rich millionaires and billionaires are in another state especially in ones without state income tax

Britomarti is pro-corporation and sees them as victims and employees as always in the wrong and lazy for loving WFH.

Just ignore them.

Are you sure she’s not Mike Ybarra’s forum alt?

They wish they were Bobby, which they don’t understand that Bobby will never look their way.

Because it probably states that WFH was strictly Covid based, and like typical people that live on the internet, they didn’t read the fine print.

Which is not a surprise.

WFH is not a worker right either. I don’t know why you think that.

I’m sorry, but you’ll never be rich. Stop simping for someone who does the least work yet makes the most money.

I know lashing out at people is typical when you don’t have an argument. But you need a reality check.

Keep in mind that some months back, Blizzard paid for Preach to come to Irvine, where he talked to a lot of managers, including Ion, who explained that after an adaptation period, work from home was now more productive than working in the office had been. He said they were expecting to keep this.

Preach attempted to speak with Mike Ybarra, who never gave him a serious response. Another employee revealed to him that Mike didn’t respond because he didn’t know who Preach was, which sounds kind of weird.

Then came the all employees zoom meeting where Mike announced back to the office. It seems like it was Mike’s idea. It has been suggested that they’re trying to get some use out of that real estate they own. Or maybe they’re just trying to teach their employees a lesson in humility, because that’s always been so successful driving playerbase growth.

There you go, lashing out at other people so you can avoid your reality check. I repeat, trying to teach both your employees and your customers a lesson in humility is a good way to turn a big business into a small one.

Blizzard should relocate.

I hear Austin is booming.

Indeed. WFH was supposed to stay in place. However, the rich saw that this was hurting future property investments and property values. They need to justify their wasted spending and investments. To do that they need people in the Office.

That and Middle management types, or karens, are scared for their jobs. Like Britomarti. They know that their job is useless. So they want people back in the office so Corporate doesn’t realize that they can just let those like Britomarti go as they provide no value.

So we just take your word for it…or?

I hear states run by right wing legislators are having trouble getting people to relocate to them. What woman of childbearing age wants to move to a state where there is no reproductive health care available, because so many doctors have left the state?
