Yes, but they’re not always very good. I mean, we had an entire expansion where every generic plate and Paladin armor set looked like

The Havoc warglaives from the Mage Tower look badass; I don’t know of any other warglaive appearance that even comes close.
This is a loaded question. Cosmetics do not “enhance” your character, so, clearly the answer here is “no”.
But then, by your logic, Blizzard could also remove all cosmetics from the game so that all the classes have a single grey armor set and no one will get upset.
Right?
I mean, they don’t enhance your character, so why cry?
