honor becomes a currency in my suggestion, ranks shouldnt matter. You can also increase the cost of these items to be very high since you are now able to bank and save your honor over the life of the game. you always seem to fail at comprehension on multiple posts as you latch on to one thing you find wrong and blow it out of proportion. A forum weirdo so to speak.
TBC is literally the next expansion.
Soooo just wait for tbc and you get that all you want
TBC kills old world Azeroth, so no I donât.
Ahh yes but letting ppl have AQ level gear the second they hit 60 certainly wouldnât kill it /s
you assume a lot. This change im suggesting is for a possible Classic+. Get your head out of the sand and realize there would be other changes in a game mode like that. The stats can all be adjusted.
The point is is that PvP is literally half the game. Look at the opening cinematic of vanilla wow before you have the audacity to say âPvP doesnât matterâ
PvP should be a path forward in the game from level 10.
You should be able to go hard in PvP whenever you want and be rewarded for doing so. Whether thats replacing 1-2 pieces of weak gear as you level, or hardcore pvping at every bracket and gearing out that way.
You act like it wouldnt take time investment to get these things so these players wouldnât deserve it. One of the hardest thing in the world is convincing people of something they canât already see for themselves.
I highly doubt anyone ever is going to unsub from WoW because they canât PvP in BGs this early on in Anniv realms⌠You must be new to WoW? PvP BGs did not open until later patches in original version and in Classic too. Blizz opened BGs earlier in Classic than they did in Vanilla and lots of people complained about that because they wanted WPvP before going into BGs.
It gives you a warning when you join a PvP realm anyhows. You knew what you were getting into.
If you started with honor as currency it would have been p2 from the start. Every encounter with the opposite faction would have been kill for âgoldâ. Which actually would have been pretty fun. If they also removed instance leveling, so nobody could escape it.
Na. Just ignore OP. He is trolling. He is posting on a retail toon and he hasnât done any PvP in years on his account. No retail PvP for him in about 10 years so⌠he is probably one of those Classic PvPers who twinks level 19 BGs on a hunter and then doesnât ever level past that.
To be fair, the notice says absolutely nothing about the fact that you could be in a completely faction-unbalanced zone or that all of the other faction could be 50 levels higher than you. People who never played a PvP realm before or never during a similar scenario as this one could reasonably expect modern guard rails, such as balanced sharding and level-based matchmaking, which have been standards in retail WoW and many other multiplayer games for years.
Yeah, youâre correct.
Thereâs also nothing stopping people calling them out for behaviour thatâs objectively bad for the game.
seems i touched a nerve
stop crying
LOL yes Im the one crying.
Im the one who made the right choice on the PvE server, im honor capped (well was before reset today) and get to enjoy the game on my terms.
I am HARDLY the one crying lol
Thereâs also nothing stopping people calling them out for behaviour thatâs objectively bad for the game.
Cross faction communication is frowned upon
If you donât like their behavior there are realms that make such behavior impossible, they are called milktoast pve realms
Who said anything about cross-faction communication?
Ps
If youâre going to try to sound smart it helps to spell things correctly.
Itâs milquetoast.
to be fair when i read that warning for this server i did not think that meant getting camped INSIDE gadgetzan or die as soon as i land somewhereâŚ
There are no hard rules for non-sanctuary towns.
Grobb in tbcc times when I tried it had a mostly followed player agreement you donât engage in the towns.
MostlyâŚyouâd get some who still attacked there.
But grobb was at that time trying to keep to some of its RP roots even after it took in 90% refugees. and benefited from the fact lots of the refugees left their 90%'s for this reason. they wanted more than picking off dudes at fligth masters in non sanctuary places.
They could already sit in tanaris town, marsh town to come in tbc, etc and pop horde arrivals on Benediction. they didnât have to pay to transfer for that.

it would also increase the value of dungeon blues as well because pvp would matter while leveling so you would want to be strong.
most people want to test their characters in pvp as they get stronger, especially while leveling. would be nice if it was also rewarding to do so like dungeons are
I just think that 1 change alone in classic would âcompleteâ the game the most with the most bang per buck for 1 change.
Many players, if not the majority are still in Maraudon/BRD level range.
As an example, some groups are taking about 1h to get inside Maraudon and often disbanding.
Most players will probably just ditch the game, not due to pvp, but because the timing of this release was completely inappropriate.
Most players were under 60 last week and Blizzard perfectly knows the meta, when the honor system without bgâs is released.
Cater to no lifers and get a game with no life.
Sounds like they should have picked the PVE server
