I thinkthe biggest problem with him is that he seems to care more about the Horde than he does about his people, and by āhis peopleā I mean Stormwind Humans. I donāt remember him doing anything that would benefit the people he is supposed to be King of.
Kinda Like Baine, who up until now was only used when Alliance was involved.

Brokering peace with an enemy most certainly helped his people though. 
His mass resurrection in the BFA trailer was pretty cool too! 
As much as I think this would be interestingā¦ I donāt think it would be a good move. Blizzard would need to successfully separate the player-base from all of that stuff. They canāt do to the Alliance what they did to the Horde, when they made us become war criminals and forced an identity change on usā¦ even if I was completely OK with what happened.
Basically, if a person has an entrenched identity associated with being āthe good guysā, then forcing that person to become a zealot crusader will probably just ruin the game for them and a lot of people.

And well I disagree, on the rest. Because if you put interests of other party above your own people then to me thatās not a good leader. He is rising monuments to his father while people of Westfall still enjoy dirtpies.

Thatās because zones and their questlines are sort of frozen in time in video games. The exodar looks like its still crashed on Azuremyst Isle, the NPCs talk to you as if they just arrived, but that thing got fixed and back up in the air ages ago!
Also, mud pies with just a hint of coyote tail leave a lovely rumbly in your tumbly.
Eeeh, no becuase there was update via Human Heritage armor. And this zone is still piss poor. Iād also remind that Anduin was sending farmers to war during BfA.
And last but not least. How the heck is he High Commaner? I have no problem being him King of Stormwind, but he shouldāve had no authority over other factions, it was pure nonsense.
