Any chance we can get that rep and pet bonus back in the meantime? I just resubbed because I thought the game was dropping in October, and now I want to have the chance to recruit those allied races in the meantime. Thanks!

Delays happen, I get it. But I hate that you released a date, then waited so long to tell us. I feel completely foolish right now for taking time off to play Shadowlands on the belief that Blizz would actually keep their word on their release date and for getting excited to get to take time off to play this expansion.
Hopefully itâs a better game for everyone when you are done. But I canât deny that Iâm really bummed right now and my viewpoint towards Shadowlands is a bit jaded from this.

Good to hear. Hope you can figure out a release date quick for those who, like me (although not now due to unemployment) take a week off to grind
I can kill several months just playing with the new character creation screen. No worries here. Take yer time Blizz⌠im sure you will find players are going to support you mostly positively for this decision.

Iâm not sure if this is satirical or not but if not, you should probably re-evaluate your life and the decisions that lead you to write this as a response.
I think a large portion of the community is in favor of a delayed-release. This is actually the most Blizzard thing Blizzard-Activision has done in a long, long time. Thatâs good! Let them finish the expansion and release something that is ready, not some corporate-mandated release that is incomplete.
This is coming from someone who has been in alpha since the beginning, I obviously canât wait for it to release but I want it to be right.

Wow. Thatâs impressive right there. Look. Youâre gonna be fine. I will remind you as much as I must. Delays happen. As the majority of people here have proven, we as a community are mostly understanding, and would prefer a finished product. Youâre gonna be okay.

And if I do that, then I wonât have any days off available to take in case thereâs available time whenever the expansion DOES come out.
I probably will still keep my vacation, because I could badly use some destressing. Itâs just disappointing.

I respect Blizzard for making the tough, but correct decision to delay it. Letâs hope it turns out well

Iâm not going to lie, I am disappointed. this was the one thing i was looking forward to in this crapshoot of a year i (and iâm sure many others) have had. I was excited to go explore the new zones.
however, I understand. if this extra time makes the game better than it would have been, Iâm fine with it.
all this being said: I wouldnât mind testing out upcoming changes to the beta if I could access it⌠wink wink
Man, a close to Xmas release would be the worst⌠Also Blizzard; I need 4 weeks notice to quit work. So if you are releasing around Xmas, give us at least a month heads up so I can just quit work; because no way will work give time off around then.

Mhm. But I donât think Blizzard was lying. Once more, I would bet money Khadgarâs problems have something to do with whatâs going on. Do you think Khadgarâs server issues was planned? I donât think so.
Sometimes, things happen where theyâre not prepared. Once more, weâre in the middle of a global pandemic. Itâs going to be okay.

Second - this is selfish me asking - but please delay the removal of the brutosaur mount. Iâd really like a bit more time to grind it out.
If you donât think Blizzard isnât a large company, youâre more hopeless than the people you claim are.

Again; issue is not about a delay. Itâs about knowing about unfinished work and lying about promising a release for that. Thought iâd remind you 15 posts deep - again.
Childish? I pay for a game and Iâm enticed to upgrade to 6 month extension for a mount with the knowledge an expansion release is already updated and out then that date is removed less than 30 days before and no date given. I take time off to ensure I have time to level. Iâm an adult and companies do not have right to just make decisions like that without an impact. They do owe us, your just not smart enough to realize it. They can charge you to boost a character and give you a mount for 6 month subscription but then lie without any compensation?
Give me full refund for my expansion and all game time since you release launch date and future prepaid game time and I will leave the game and let you and others be okay with just sitting and taking anything they want to do to you.
