If you have to take a vacation to play WoW, you need to re-adjust priorities.
Glad to hear it. I recently got into the beta and it certainly was not ready for prime time. Delay as long as necessary and polish it well.
And thanks for finally giving a pre-patch date.
Ever hear that phrase about running into jerks all day? If a bunch of other people are capable of seeing passed themselves, and being open, and understanding this is for the betterment of the game, then you can too. Itās gonna be fine. You will be fine.
The response to this announcement is largely positive. Sure, you have a couple of other people also saying the same things you are about how Blizzard inconvenienced them. But the response is mostly positive, and this is a necessary thing.

They are delaying the game WITHOUT a new date
Can you imagine how bad things are that you delay something this major without a new date?

Iād rather it be delayed and right when it launches than rushed and incomplete on release. Hopefully this is a good sign.
Side note for those who are upset about taking time offā¦ what on earth were you thinking XD. I mean the first week of SL will be a laggy mess so like vacation in the login screen? Idk seems odd to me

Sounds great to me. At least we can tinker around with the pre-patch leveling alts the new way, etc. Take whatever time you need!

Iām just annoyed they waited til three weeks before to announce this, they had over a month to delay that wouldnāt have screwed with mine and otherās vacations.
If they would have announced LAST week I could have rescheduled.
Meh. I got a bunch of time off and can reschedule.

Great, release it when itās ready. Nobody wants another BfA launch, especially not for an expansion that has as much potential as this one.

Jeesh, so many people crying about taking PTO, maybe find a better job that will allow you to reschedule your time off instead of playing this gameā¦ never in my life have I worked for a company that this would be an issue lmao

This. They keep trying to reinvent the talent tree each xpac, just reinstate it and give people more options / choices in each branch.
