An RPG without housing

No house? I was given a third of a zone for my home. Dreamgrove has everything you could ever want, a Barrow for sleeping, all the salad you can eat, and Dryads everywhere happy to greet you… and that one Dryad crying about woodland creatures.

Yes, unfortunately Wow actually REINFORCES a Murdohobo life. Most of the quests and such actually reward you for it, while in games like Ad&D it is something dungeon masters often discourage.

I am a MurderHobo, and proud of it. On that AD&D thing though: I ran a very early mage character back in the day as a complete Murder Hobo - to the point where I ripped an Ankh off the altar of a church. The DM tried to punish me for it by making me roll on the effects of taking a powerful religious artifact - expecting me to suffer greatly for it. It backfired spectacularly as the d20 crit roll and follow-up d100 roll wound up granting the guy insane power.

Mm… I wouldn’t say that. I long ago claimed the deed for Sunsong Ranch in Halfhill over in Pandaria, and I consider that my home. I don’t get there often because of duties to the monk order and the Alliance, but they say that home is where the heart is, and that’s where my heart is.

No, really, one of my upgrades was a detachable heart, and I store it there when I’m not using it.

Just kidding about that.

You can go to your Garrison. It even has the option for an Inn. Just RP that you own the Inn…idk…

We even have staff to clean up What more could we want.

Once you get your Garrison to level 3 there’s a nice room in the back of the main building that I always pictured as my toon’s private quarters.

Edit: at least for the Alliance. Dunno about the Horde.
