An Eye on Player Behavior and Reporting Improvements

Like that one youtube video of a hunter who just tamed a gorilla.
The hunter left the named default as it was when he tamed it.
Other players reported him for the name of the gorilla.

Multiple Automated reports on default names should be a reverse auto suspension in game for those who did that to the hunter. But you need to go after those people like Dexter Morgan.

Well, they kind of have to now if they want to maintain their community council title. Must feel bad to be pigeon holed into to only praising Blizzard for their actions for now on though. I wouldn’t want the job personally. Free PR for Blizzard and another 4D chess move by Bobby.

I have been active and helpful in public chats for 17 years with zero penalty and have no fear that will change.

ZERO fear - because I don’t insult people or go off like a broken lawn sprinkler spewing profanity.

I suspect the very kind and helpful people aren’t fearful of being reported.
Just because you’re going to turn chat off doesn’t mean the rest of us should.

Okay. /del system 32

I always love how people (not everyone) exaggerate things.

Being Squelched is NOT a ban. Being suspended is NOT a ban.

They (again, not everyone) always exaggerate things, to win sympathy points and appeal to emotion/prey on the ignorant.

IK how the system works, and Blizz hardly bans people. They just put you on timeout and put you back in the playground and hope you still give them money.

You make a lot of assumptions. Just stop.

This kind of posting is really rude. If it’s not against the rules it should be.

Well, it’s a sad day. So much is changing soon. I’m going to have to give the forums up too lol.

Have a good day everyone

More of a reason to buy boosts: don’t have to talk to anyone in the group!

It was a typo, that and I misclicked, originally meant to edit

But then again, being on Twitter since almost two years ago has also given me certain ninja reflexes

I don’t even have to post here at all to keep CC. I have been a Tech/CS, Diablo, and WoW green MVP since 2013 and vocally open about issues I have with Blizz decisions. Guess, what, still colored text.

When they don’t pay you darn penny, they don’t get to tell you how to post besides “stay within the forum Code of Conduct”.

I think I’ll take the time to point out that your message is paranoid for the average player who isn’t toxic.
Definitely hope the people who can’t be nice and follow the contract they signed should turn off their chat. I think they should go further though and not give the company money if they really believe they’re being mistreated or the rules are unjust.

When, they can’t make a point, they attack you, instead.

For you, they assume you’re a “shill”. Me 'cause I gave no fancy colored texts, I’m a “troll”.

Also, probably you are a native American English speaker, and enjoying your privilege.

You’re making a lot of assumptions its funny.

As i said believe whatever you want, its no skin off my back. But anyone can easily see how this will be abused. Id rather others didn’t risk their accounts over power happy people. Dont respond to me, im not talking to you anymore.

i’m hoping it’ll backfire and the ingame chats will be absolutely barren, the only thing you’ll see is discord links
