You’re aren’t going to find one. Blizzard leaves loot up to players and very very VERY rarely if ever, gets involved in loot disputes. Best bet is to report for the abusive language or if there is something that best fits being scammed.

Actually blizzard does require that anything being ressed is noted in game in either the posting or said atleast one time in raids if loot is not hard ressed and isnt rolled off its considered ninja looting and is actionable offense.
for example i was in a guild the last week of H ICC i won the roll for invisable the loot master instead gave the item to anther player that player who got it and the ML where had actions taken against them. the mount was taken away i did not get it but they did recive punishments. for ninja looting

if you consent to a group with master loot on they are not, at least as I am aware, obligated by the TOS to follow social rules.

they are under no obligation to obey whatever agreement you worked out for a loot system, that is mechanical in nature.
if master loot is on presume you will see nothing and ask if you still want to do it
