so i see i received a gift from WoW, a mount and a pet
World of Warcraft®: Timbered Sky Snake Mount & Timbered Air Snakelet Pet.
however, the area i am in, Americas & Oceanus is missing from the dropdown, the only available areas are Europe, Korea and Taiwan. is this as is intended?
Check ingame for your collections if you’ve already received it.

The gift should have been delivered directly to you in-game, so please check your collection in-game.
The gift itself was delivered twice, which is why it appears in the app, but since you already have it for NA that region won’t be a choice when you attempt to redeem it.
You can select another region if you want, but the gift should eventually disappear.

ok, so i didn’t buy this, BUT it is in my collection already! sorry 
and thanks for the gift! but, as a side line, maybe they should make it so it reflects that, somehow, like dont let them choose another area, if it is already given to them in game.
