Maybe, but some players said they reported it at the PTR stage. That makes sense, because the min specs applied there and especially matter now that it’s on the live client.
It is unreasonable to expect Blizzard to support hardware from around 2007 when the manufacturers don’t anymore. Being able to load the game doesn’t imply official support either, it just means you’ve been lucky for a long time
