Same issue. Purchasedand did not show up so I hit the refund, got the error but later on I checked the shop again. Looks like it ‘refunded’, but it didn’t give me the tender back for the refund 
I made it around 29-30 days ago - it had well over 150 replies, and it was just deleted without any notification or anything.
The problem with the scales is that for several hundred of us, we have the Now THIS is Dragon Racing achievement but the Black Scales that are rewarded just don’t appear in our Rostrum, or mail or anything. When I made a ticket, they literally TOLD me to make a forum post here and then randomly, a month later, deleted it. I truly don’t understand and my faith in this company has been seriously shaken this last month or so.
Can you provide information on how no one is getting the Heroic raid achievement tier token?
