I’m not enjoying it as much as others, but I’m tolerating it to get the rewards. I’ve found several places where I can run around collecting plunder and not be bothered. When I see others coming to my area, I’ll head into the storm to deny them my yummies.

I usually don’t run into the storm unless it’s really early and there’s little point in killing me. Sometimes I run in briefly in an attempt to get someone to turn around and move on, but sometimes they stare at me from the outside like “Okay, your move.” At that point, I’m basically screwed so I just stay in the storm.

Enjoy what you want to enjoy and so will everyone else. Not enough FOMO in all versions of Wow to get me into that mess again!

Probably. That’s the point. Sometimes it’s not about what they have to gain. It’s about sending a message.
I can only speak from my perspective but I just try to keep an eye on you til I know you’re not going to jump me when I turn around and go back to grinding.
Oh I do the same. If someone runs by with no intention of fighting I will ignore them and go about my business. That happened a few times earlier during my daily match for the 800 plunder. If someone comes running at me swinging, then yeah, that’s when I might resort to other tactics. It all depends on how long I’ve been on the ground or the circumstances/terrain. Most of the time I will accept my fate, but I’m not above being a little petty or trying to bait others into unfortunate situations.
Eh, if I think I can win I’m going to take a bite no matter who you are. If you make it effort I’ll leave you be but I’ve probably scared you off and secured myself some more territory / space to level in.
People that dislike Plunderstorm are incredibly vocal about disliking Plunderstorm, but contioniusly play Plunderstorm.
They’re simply not rational people worth conversing with. They think X content having a cosmetic reward means you have to do it.
Yeah, I enjoy it. Simple way to get pets, mounts, transmog. Even easier now that the renown has been removed.
