Really hoping that someone could help me out or this gets elevated/noticed. My alternate account recently got hacked and seems they changed my email on it and created a whole new account with the original email as I’ve lost access to my characters and there is now no history of transactions or payment methods and only started version listed. Now my Paypal has been charged 5x the Northrend Epic Upgrade ($79.99) for so far a grand total of roughly $400. I submitted a ticket as soon as I noticed the issue (Sep 23) which was about 10hours after the incident due to work. I’ve only gotten one response (26 Sep) asking for a photo ID and provided that within 5 minutes of the response and have heard nothing yet. That ticket was submitted specifically on my alternate with Issue ID: #83628678. The Paypal issue charge issue is on the account that I’m posting this post on with Issue ID: #83758855. It took me to long to realize that these two issues are related. Normally I wouldn’t care and would have patients to deal with this but that has changed as that I’m being charged $400 and potentially affecting my real life. Please if anyone can help that would be amazing. Also, in the meantime, I have secured my accounts/changed the password on everything I could think of linked to my blizzard accounts and removed Paypal as a payment option to wow/automatic payment, and lastly added the authenticator as well.
