If by dealing with other premeds you mean that one of them just dropped, then sure. You think before cross server battlegrounds people did not know all the key players on both sides? Traded who would drop that game so they both could get back to Maximum HPH.

Your INSANE if you think actual Vanilla Pre-Mades did not have ABSOLUTE free reign over pugs.

Someones pissy they can’t premade farm anymore… seems like you were a hardcore Offender for that xDDD and Elite guards on boats? for what??? Horde dont have guards on Zepps??? Sooo seems like you just want your faction to get all these Special treatments… Grow up… we complained to stop Premades because its a plague and ruins whats left of AV… Personally AV should have their NPC’s increased in difficulty… Aswell as the Warmasters n Generals should have their Increased HP buff back to STOP people From Solo pulling Drek and Vann for instant win games… would Force people to actually Cap towers and Stop 6min Zergs

Lol generalize much? Most Alliance don’t do any of what you’re saying.

As for the 25% to 10%…

I don’t really care, but I could see some unbalanced servers caring since it is already annoying enough for them… so!

==> Would make more sense to have that only apply in AV. Pretty simple to do as well, just one “if-then” line of code. BUT, don’t expect common sense to prevail…

Considering you dont have to enter a contested zone until level 45, I expect you will be just fine for a while, and can’t really speak to the issue.

Most of the trash you said before this is…trash.

However, there was a contingent of us who WANTED AV 1.5. We wanted a stronger bunch of NPCs.

IF Blizzard came and said the following changes are in affect:

  • AV is now AV 1.5. You know have Shredders, Quest turn in with the Bounty Hunters, Black Lotus, Rich Thorium Veins, Korvak, All the Mines, etc.

  • All NPCs have been BUFFED by 50% (hit points, damage, etc)

I would have celebrated! But this is not cause for celebration.

I play both factions, so idk. I don’t want to limit myself to half the lore and gameplay.

On the Horde side, this depends on the leveling route you take. On Ally, if needed, I typically remain in Alliance zones until a good level by jumping between zones in a certain level range and grinding a lot. Just my opinion though.

Do not alter the Honor Gained #nochanges. It was not part of original Vanilla. Also new content after evertything is released with 60 cap. No releasing expansions untill we are back at retail thats retarded and redundant. Just keep it at 60 open develop level 60 new raids and loot. #nochanges

the only ppl happy about this is pugs and hordes, or ppl that have rank 10 as a final goal

If you’re putting even near that many hours into a BG you need to reevaluate your life

They like to conveniently forget the majority of Horde players that aren’t on the handful of Horde dominant pvp servers.

This is basically a “no change” as the original 1.12 patch notes included this exact tweak.

Like most seem to generalize the majority of Horde players because some servers were imbalanced?

People talk about their personal experiences. For most Alliance on PVP servers it has been a very Horde-heavy faction split so that’s what most PVP Alliance talk about. Of course it’s not the experience on every server but it is the prevalent one.

Overall and for many reasons the Horde have become the larger PVP faction. This is not healthy for the game, being as it’s the World of Warcraft. A lopsided war does not last and the same goes for the game based on it.

In Retail they took steps to try to correct the issue and it’s still very bad. Classic is showing serious signs of getting extremely toxic and a correction of some sort is necessary.

Victory! FOR THE HORDE

Grats!

You won phase 2 by having massive numbers, and you won phase 3 by crying so much Blizz gave you what you wanted!

“I’m good at video games because I roll on the team that has way more numbers, and I whine alot!”- Horde players have so much to be proud of.

this is not just catering to the horde, btw- quite frequently, if you entered a bg as alliance, you started with five or 6 players versus 40 horde because a number of people in a premade queued for it, did not like their numbers, and dropped en masse.

Also, this will give people who are not really interested in an honor grind but just want to do some av or something the option to q with 4 of their friends. Not everyone is poopsocking honor grinds.

Everything will be ok, people will adjust like they always do. It will be fine.

I like that premades are potentially getting nerfed, at least for a time. As an alliance player who isn’t try hard enough to play in a premade, joining a 40 min turtle with all bonus honor gone was pretty bad. Hopefully this change to premades will mix some of those more experienced players back into the pool and we will see the quality of pubs improve with better communication and teamwork and fewer afks and drops.

That being said, I really would like to see Bliz directly address the issue of afkers, idlers, time wasters, fishers, etc. Giving up when the fight is obviously over and letting them just wrap up quicker is one thing. However, starting the game with 20 people with at least 7 or so being afk or already intending to fish? Really makes these pickups unplayable. I really hope the change to player numbers will enforce 35+ on both sides and if players leave, it will pause the start timer.

By “exploit” you mean premade? You had every opportunity to do that as well. I don’t see how being lazy = everyone else is cheating.

Until you run into 10 Horde players who want to fight instead of a pve elite general.

So you will improve the honor Horde gets since they are camping Alliance in GY’s.

I guess it is nice that instead of starting with 10 vs 40 we will now start with 20 vs 40.

I understand no changes, but maybe move Horde starting zone back further so they do not start so close to the first objectives.

Or maybe Blizzard didnt like how the battleground was being fought?
Just like they didnt like Horde players using high areas in neutral towns or sitting on flight masters.
