go back to getting arena points every week and don’t make it easy to just catch up right away after paying $60 to make an alt. this is the most cancerous thing in the game i swear. Everyone just makes fotm alts as soon as they watch awc or see whatever classes are s+ tier. on top of that, you have people just making like 20 alts now instead of just maining one char. go look at the number of chars bigdam has on the enhance ladder under solo q if you don’t believe me lmao. WoW was more fun when it wasn’t easy to just change to whatever is overpowered imo.
Hard disagree. I rather enjoy being able to make alts without a significant time investment. If anything, the emergence of alt armies gives blizzard better data to determine what classes need to be buffed / nerfed based on what classes/specs are actually being played, since it’s much easier to swap off of specs that are underperforming or simply aren’t fun for that particular player.
There’s also no reason to really stick with your characters now that everything is acc wide. Like, sure, if you’re much better at Unholy then play that but you could just go bm, fury, feral or whatever and probably get similar or greater results for rewards that can be used on main.
I cant seem to make alts of the same class, feels like cheating on my 1st toon.
If he wants to que SS on enhance, which he obviously does, he needs to have alts just to get reasonable que times.
Let’s be honest, he’s not doing it for Que times. He’s doing it because he’s legendary. Dude has like all top 17 spots minus Saul ![]()
No it’s not. Them not balancing classes and specs is the issue.
FoTm rerolling has forever been a thing since arena has been a thing.
If they would actually attempt to balance things and not let things like BM just exist for weeks in a broken state, then fotm reroll would be a none issue.
Letting people have tons of alts only helps participation across the board in every bracket.
