Alt not receiving Mail?

Has anybody encountered one alt on an account not receiving mail? For whatever reason my Mage won’t receive any mail from my Druid. It can send mail to the druid, and receive mail from my lock, but mail from the druid to the mage isn’t being received. (it’s been a little over two hours at this point)

Are all characters on the same realm? Only thing I can think of is that you might not be typing CharacterName-Realm when sending it all and it might be sent to the wrong character of the same name.

I see two emails, one with quite a bit of gold.

If you aren’t able to see it, I’d suggest a proper reset UI for starters.

Still see nothing, have reset the UI, have disabled all addons and loaded in that way, have reloaded a few times. Is there a way to just return those two mails to the druid?

Also - yes all toons in question are on the same realm and in the same guild.

Disabling addons is NOT a full and proper ui reset.

/resetui is not what she is talking about.

Follow the directions provided and then check your mail without addons

Just to be clear, if you did a proper UI Reset, then there shouldn’t be any addons to disable. It should be a completely stock UI with no addons installed.

If they were still there, then give the UI reset another try following the directions in the link Orlyia provided.

Yes, I went into the folder, renamed everything, and relaunched with a completely clean UI and still am showing no mail on the Mage.

The disabling, reloading, ect. was all attempted prior to the complete UI reset.

Is it possible that your mage has your main on ignore? I’ve somehow managed that before. :flushed:

This was actually going to be my next question, because it is possible to do that and yes, it would keep you from seeing mail.

Also had the two with gold - and one with an item returned to your Druid. Let us know if you cannot see that in your mail.

Happened also to me. Sent stuff to a level one many times and didnt log. Just logged on lvl 1 toon today and he didnt have any mail… Help please

What was the sending character - and what was the receiving character Notsorry. I’m looking through characters you’ve had on recently and not seeing anything in pending deletion status between your characters.

Once mail expires, it doesn’t last terribly long. Once purged from deleted status, it is permanently gone.

I have not been able to mail gold between my characters? why is this happening now?

Are you trying to mail them to opposite-faction characters? You shouldn’t have any trouble, otherwise.

If mailing to same-faction, what error are you getting?

Assuming you are sending the mail to characters on the same realm and of the same faction you shouldn’t really have an issue, Kurloch.

Have you tried resetting your User Interface yet?
