Already owned gift

I received a gift that I already own - the celestial observer’s ensemble. I tried to submit a ticket and it won’t allow me to submit a ticket about it. Can it be refunded to the gifter?

You should be able to put in a ticket, or you can have the person who gifted it to you try to get a refund. Instructions were given the other day.

How do I return & block receiving gifted store items?

You’d submit a ticket. We have an automated refund system that will scan your account for recent purchases, since this isn’t a purchase you made it likely won’t give you the option there. Just select “I still need help” and describe your issue. The loss really isn’t a factor, it’s primarily about how our refund policies and procedures work. All I get is a message that says “Error, cannot submit”

What are you putting in the body of the ticket? It needs to be like a single word like “gift” and then you can add to your ticket afterwards to include more details.
