“good news! you already have access to this product” is what I recieve but I have the Dragonflight expansion and not The War Within. I went to pre purchase it today and it’s giving me the message that I own it already, which I personally never made the decision to purchase it until just today. Now I’m here trying to figure out what the issue may be.
By change, are you looking at the right account?

That is strange, Bloodymartyr, I can see the purchase of the base copy on November 4th and the upgrade to Epic on November 10th. Both with methods of payment that appear to be associated with this account. The level boost from it was used on a Dwarf Monk on Stormrage.
Are you certain you don’t have the War Within on your WoW#1 license? If you jump on on of your level 70’s on Zul’jin or Stormrage you should have access to the War Within quest line into the expansion areas.

Well i can’t even play, it’s been 2 days and i did purchase Epic on April 23, all realms are red and incompatible. So can you log in at all? Because i can not and people were saying maybe just turn off addons, or reboot and reload launcher for updates? I hope you get it working.
If the servers are in red and saying that, then you’re missing a patch that had gone out. You can try rebooting your PC to see if help the app pick up the update.

TY, already done. That’s what i suggested here to him because that’s the reply i got. Lol doesn’t seem to help me but might help him.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please reinstall after rebooting your computer.
