This is what I want to see on Pirates’ Day, as opposed to a splash-advert shilling your exclusive in-game shop Mount and Vanity pet, who has a better cosmetic hat than any of your players.
These items were datamined as far back as February, 2018, and I feel if these were at the very least drops on mobs in Freehold or Zem’Lan, or at the very most, rewards from Island Expeditions, or the Dubloon Vendor (Obligatory thematic Red and Blue Hats excluded), there would have been more people excited about the expansion, rather than griping on the forums about low mount drops or not enough weapon Weekly reps or world quests.
I was hoping you’d tease or allude that you could buy them off a vendor in Booty Bay on Pirates’ Day, or get them as a drop from ol’ Earle.
