Alpaca Mount and basically being called a Liar

I did the friendly Alpaca quest—you feed it x amount of days and then get the mount. I did this and it shows completed I even screenshot the completion. I sent in a ticket and the response was HORRIBLE:
“As an aside, we aren’t able to accept screenshots as proof of anything on our end, due to how easily they can be manipulated. Which isn’t to say that is the case here, but since not everyone is honest with us, we have to take this stance of needing to be able to verify information from our end.”

Give me a break, I pay to play Wow. I did the required steps for the mount, WoW is famous for their bugs! This is just another one, but to suggest that we, PAYING MEMBERS are liars or cheats! That is a horrible thing!

There is NO WAY to actually talk to anyone at WoW, which just shows not only do they think we would cheat (AFTER paying to play) but that they do not care to even address issues.

We work hard on obtaining items in this game, we can not even actually talk to a PERSON about problems. WOW has completely forgotten that we the players are what keep them afloat!

I felt extremely insulted at his reply to me, and there is NOONE I can even contact about this! Right now the ticket says wait another 7 or more days!

WoW needs to get back in the ball game-------BE considerate of its patrons! Listen to the people, do not keep blowing us off! And DO NOT call us liars and cheaters when it is your game that is flawed and bugged and messed up!

Yes I am pissed this time. I have played WOW for many many years and have watched it completly go down hill. THEY do NOT care about the game or patrons just about taking our money! WoW wake up and smell the coffee, FIX the issues that your paying members are dealing with. Stop blowing off your customers! Get GM’S back in the Game, COME in the game and deal with the crap you are putting us through!

I just did a treasure map quest on the BFA table that literally awarded nothing. Everything seems to be working as expected.

Customer service has gone way downhill the last few years. Even getting to the bug report form is a pain now. They don’t offer real help. I am guessing because of cuts to budget in that area. It used to be that every voice mattered at Blizzard, but that old guard has left and it’s the new company now. Good luck at getting your mount! The game is so full of bugs right now.

Bug reports always have gone to QA. They do the research, replicate it, document it, etc. Then the Devs fix them in patches. GMs can’t fix the game for people. The Bug Report form is very easy to use. You can use the in-game one or post here. They do not respond to individuals and never have. Again, bugs get fixed in patches.

For the OP - they actually got a very nice response from the GM who personally reviewed their ticket. If the data is not there, the GM will not grant whatever someone asks for.

This went further to the Customer Support forum where a Blizzard rep reviewed it. Read the whole thing. The OP did not complete the 7 daily quests that trigger the final quest that grants the mount - based on log data and account data. This seems to be a misunderstanding about how the game works (which quest actually gives the mount) - in which case GMs are not allowed to give game hints. They refer you to your fellow players or wowhead. The Forum Support Agent did suggest the OP try the daily quest to see if that still triggers so they can continue their mount progress.

I lost a few hundred thousand gold to AH bug and GM said sucks, nothing we can do. I listed a rare pet, it sold for silver rather than a few hundred thousand golds. I even asked the buyer, he said he paid a few hundred thousands. All GM had to do was to look at the log from the buyer, then trace where the gold went and why did I not get it. Not be a lazy arrogant money sucking employee who claims I listed at the wrong price by mistake so they could close the case quickly.

Still waiting for Blizzard to take the time to look at my problem and send me 300,000g but that’ll probably happen when pig flies.
