Interestingly enough, I actually find that it’s pretty rare to see other Draenei who look so similar to me. I feel like this hairstyle and horn style are each quite uncommon on their own. It seems like people tend more toward the cutesy hairstyles and more pronounced horns.

YES! I mean, my guild didn’t wait on my FET, but this probably was even more annoying attempting OS3D because the resets happened faster. At least in Naxx, there’s some time in between the fights, and here and there, I’m able to pop it sometime in the middle of a boss fight.
In any progression content where you’re making more attempts in rapid succession, you’ll get far less value from your totem over time than the content you have on farm, or when there’s some downtime between bosses.
Same, I ended up spamming my hotkey a few too many times before I realized it was still on cooldowns. I have my UI set up to show me all of my cooldowns, but in this case, I 100% expected it to be useable.

I agree. Army of the Dead and Infernal as well. If we’re going to have cooldowns reset like this, it should be all cooldowns. Also, please change it so that Sated resets even if you release before the boss resets if your group wipes. It’s so obnoxious to have to wait for a Sated debuff because someone released on instinct.

Elemental has real problems this expansion, and fire elemental helps us reach parity with other specs. Give us this enormous quality of life improvement. It just feels so bad when it’s not up for the opener on a boss.

Wholeheartedly agree. Absolutely ridiculous that this is treated so differently from a near-identical pet summon (DK gargoyle).
It’s a terrible feeling knowing that on several bosses you’re going to be decidedly handicapped and there’s nothing you can do about it… except beg the raid to wait a couple more minutes before a boss. Good luck with that. And the problem will only get worse with progression raids, and as clear times come down on farmed content.
Edit: And ironically, this whole “cooldown reset” change has made things worse for shamans. Unglyphed, the cooldown lines up perfectly with Exhaustion - meaning that you’d have it up every time the raid decided to wait for hero/lust.

I don’t think I have ever seen something with such unanimous support from a gaming community lol.
Blizzard really needs to reconsider the stance on this, it’s obvious that this CD not resetting is negatively impacting a large subset of players.

This is a change that just makes sense. There is precidence for this CD to match the bloodlust change. It’s not like it would make shaman overpowered, just able to be consistent with their damage depending on their skill.

By reset, do you just mean, such a short CD that by the time you pull the next boss it’s up again? Cuz I’m missing something here if that’s not the case lol
I mentioned this feedback on the initial post about cd resetting before the expansion launched, when they said fire ele wouldn’t be reset. It simply doesn’t make sense for it not to reset. We can keep making threads until they fix it.

Currently the majority of 10 min cds and shorter (including bloodlust) completely reset upon a raid encounter completion or wipe. For whatever godawful reason they excluded Fire Elemental Totem from those cds. Meanwhile druids get to brez every boss, warlocks get SS every boss, DKs get gary every boss, etc.

CD reset changes for classic was a fantastic choice that Blizzard made…they just need to flesh it out a bit more
