I confirmed with my void elf, it’s 10 to view banner but 45 for 2 races and 50 for 3 others. No idea why there’s a level restriction to view the banner… You do not need the rep anymore which is a huge plus. You just need to story achievement for their respective zones, which is a breeze and can be done on any faction, except for Kul Tiran/Zandalar afaik

You probably did enough Argus content to unlock the voidelf and lightforged.
None of the unlocks are hard if you are playing the game from the start of the expansion.
I think the only one I don’t have is mechagnome because I cant stand any form a gnome so why unlock it?

Yes and no.
Moira and her loyalists joined the Alliance during Cataclysm, but the rest of the Dark Irons were loyal to Ragnaros and the Twilight’s Hammer. By the time of BFA, Moira had secured the loyalty of most of her people, but there were still enemy cells that were causing trouble, one of which we dealt with in the quest to unlock the race. Their tie in to BFA is simply the fact that the Alliance needs more soldiers for the war effort, so they’re calling upon groups like the Dark Iron to take part in the conflict.

If you don’t have the small amount of time it takes to unlock the races then why are you even paying for a sub? Like what do you do when you log on to play? Walk around Stormwind once and log off?

They took out the dungeon requirements (optional skip per the patch notes), so Kul Tiran/Zandalari would take more, but it should just be three zones instead of one
I feel the way it is now is a good place, you do the zone involving the race so you meet them, help them out a little, and then unlock them, quick and easy

With how fast this game is hemorrhaging subscriptions can blizzard really afford to lock allied races behind anything at all?
I mean, when it is one of the few selling points you have left to play your dismal expansions, they really need to just be part of the base game upon purchase so we can actually get some new players to actually play this game.

Kul Tiran is the hardest to get. The rest I found much easier.
It’s funny though… cause Kul Tiran seems to be the least liked/played race for Alliance.

Next expansion they’ll probably unlock them all if they wanna get new appeals to their platform. I see no point of them to continue this cycle at that point.
