If you did the stories of the drustvar you missed the Lore of the Kul Tirans and where it comes from period
It was said they ran to the Northern Barrens. We own the Northern Barrens.
Slight tangent but while weāre on the subject of AU races, having the Botani run north after that scenario and join the Alliance would be dope as hell.
Some nature-gone-rogue murder plants joining up with the Night Elves to help them get some of their wild savagery back would absolutely make my year.
I like the way you think.
Long live the new models of gnolls and tuskars
Botani would be interesting for sure. There are quite a few classes that make sense for them too. Their druid forms could beā¦ interesting.
Let me just go ahead and give you some Word of God on this one.
I rest my case. They are humans, just fat.
I almost forgot too, that Genosaur plant-monster came through a portal just north of Stormwind in the Everbloom dungeon and touched ground on Azeroth before we killed it. It 100% could have dropped some Botani spores there, the lore on the Sporemounds is absolutely wild.
And plenty of them definitely survived because nobody ever stepped on them when he shot them outā¦ lol
Thereās already a Sethrak thread.
With that said, I would die for playable Sethrak. I would literally pay full price to race change my entire 50 character account to Sethrak.
I may be wrong, but didnāt they head south, towards the Overgrowth? I always figured it was probably laying the groundwork for a newer version of the Wailing Caverns.
Canāt say its my cup of tea, but why not? Botani and Saberon would both make good additions to the Alliance. Theyāve both got more than enough reasons to hate Orcs.
Just wanted to point out that the Horde is made up of races that used to hate each other.
Funnily enough, so is the Alliance.
We can all hate each other equally. Itās time we blur the faction lines and hate all people as one.
Like who? Iām drawing a blank.
Not being snarky, Iām truly drawing a blank.
Not sure, though them holing up in the Wailing Caverns does make sense. Iām not sure the direction they ran in the scenario has much significance, since they seemed like they were just trying to hightail it away from any visible orcs lol
Even if they do barricade themselves in there, just their presence on Azeroth could be enough to activate whatever big boy left behind near Stormwind if their whole plant hive-mind thing still works from Chronicles.
Letās seeā¦ Well, Humans hate: Orcs, Forsaken, and Trolls.
Gnomes hate Goblins, generally speaking.
Dwarves hate Orcs, Trolls, and Forsaken.
Night Elves hate Orcs, Trolls, and Forsaken.
If weāre not giving Jinyu/Hozen as a package deal, then go Gnoll/Quillboar.
I think she was referring to races within the faction historically hating each other.
Like Blood elves and orcs, or blood elves and Forsaken, or blood elves and trolls, or
well, blood elves and other blood elves, letās be honest.
Every new allied race from here on out should be neutral. Kill this forced arbitrary faction system now. It should be story/lore based and nothing more.
