Honestly Iā€™m just a cynic, I donā€™t have any proof or anything.

But with the trend of things, I honestly think the Horde would get the flying arrakoa, and the Alliance would get the cursed. Its pretty consistent that the more attractive or requested allied races end up on the Horde, while generally afterthought races (or less popular) go to the Alliance.

Void Elves and Dark Irons are maybe the two exceptions to that rule. But the rest have lots of valid criticisms.

Thereā€™s non-hunched and hunched orcs so perhaps theyā€™d combine the two into one Allied Race in terms of ā€˜body typeā€™? But we donā€™t know how far theyā€™re going with customization in general, and how that will show in any subsequent Allied Races. I think itā€™s reasonable to have different versions of the Arakkoa in one race.

As for neutral, I kind of wish we had more neutral races. Yes, I get that Blizz was upset with pandaren, but that ship has sailed, and yeah.

There would be a stampede to the names Tweety, Donald, Huey/Dewy
/Louie, Gulliver, Polly, Daisy, Scrooge,McDuck etc., if not already taken.

Allow me to bring this thread back from the dead and once again set fuel to our arakkoa campaign. The people are getting their highelves finally, maybe now blizzard will consider our birdies among other things. The Arakkoa, whom we have evidence escaped through the portal and is now somewhere in Azeroth, have ties to the Shadowlands. Give us answers. Do not miss this opportunity!
