So EVERY Alliance main and alt is honor capped AND already has all their PvP gear and gems. I don’t buy that my dude.
I am open minded to the point where that could be an factor for a decent amount of people, but not to the point that it currently is.
Fair enough.
They are trying to get more Alliance players to run battlegrounds. It being the same as before is irrelevant because the players it is meant to attract wasn’t playing before.
The question is really did they succeed in getting more Alliance players to queue. Hopefully they will share some information with us after they analyze the data from the test.
Should players be grateful that it’s better than nothing? Yeah, if you were inclined to play battlegrounds anyways.
Everyone who wants pvp gear for honour at the season change is capped and gets nothing from pvping. Everyone who doesn’t like pvp and isn’t after gear gets nothing from pvping. The people still queing are the ones who aren’t and horde are at hour+ ques as a result. As more finish faming and cap out that que will grow. Enlistment bonus equal to open world faming will get people to que who are capped on everything, and people who normally don’t care about pvp to que.
Yup, as many times as you can win
I still don’t buy it. I think you are exaggerating—there’s no way every Alliance on every server literally doesn’t need any more honor. I call BS. There are plenty of alliance who said they would be OK with extra marks or honor.
You can also buy season one gear when season three releases with honor points which is even more reason for bonus honor/marks.
Oh I’m almost POSITIVE that they’ll say they have “data” that shows an uptick in Alliance queues by 23% or some such.
Yes I am sure that a 60 paladin will do a lot to increase the number of alliance queueing for BGs problem.
More than a level 11 worgen.
The PvPers absolutely are capped.
I casually pvp (pretty much just the daily + some on weekends) and have all I need for S2 already.
A ton of people entered TBC honor and mark capped.
So then you guys already benefited from instant queues then…got it.
Yep, it’s an alliance thing, you should reroll to see it for yourself.
Who said I was queueing at all?
I’m good dawg—I heard there’s gonna be HvH BGs…should solve the issue
even more reason for H v H, we aren’t even close as a faction.
By the time it gets implemented you can realistically have PvP gear on two ally chars.
I don’t have any Alliance characters—so you’re saying that by the time I max level 2 characters AND PvP grind both of them I’ll have it done before I can get my PvP gear on my Horde main…
Great, even more reason to implement this change. Thanks for proving my point.
Horde can’t gear at all and Alliance are literally drowning in honor/marks and are even refusing them…
+1 this. You need to multiply what we get by 10 for me to cool with this.
Blizzard, get yo **** together!
