I mean…its WoW lore, it already filled with plot holes, retcons and other things that make WAY less sense. I dont see how adding this could damage the story any worse then BfA already did.

They’re already part of a faction of furry pirates. There are other furries in their faction.
A faction of pirates would not join the horde or the alliance, because they are pirates. That’s the entire point.

Who cares? Things like this don’t matter and using them to “call out” people is such a dumb look.
There was one particular dev that came out and said they disliked how Pandaren and neutral races were handled. They aren’t with Blizzard anymore. And plus what he said is often misconstrued. He never outright said he hated neutral races. Just that he did not like the approach on how they were implemented.
And as someone else already said we sorta got neutral Belves now. With Belves and Velves.
So I really do not see why we couldn’t get another actual neutral race. Personally don’t think it will be Pirate Vulpera though. Sethrak could be doable. If the narrative takes that path. Devoted Sethrak are pretty well set up for Horde to be frank. But I suppose we’ll see the what and the why with the Sethrak in Shadowlands!

Sorry you don’t like Horde, but like some of the races. That’s how it works. I would love if Worgen would have been Horde, but I can still play one. On Alliance. Just like you can play a fox on Horde.
I’m not sure what the obsession is with each faction eager to deny the other.
I want horde and alliance both to get great ARs. It’s nice to see more variety in game.
That being said, the numbers speak for themselves. I think mechagnomes fell flat for players and vulpera were a hit.
Nothing can be done about that now, and I hope both factions get even better ARs in the future. Hopefully blizzard learned something from this set.
