‘ThE aLlIaNcE uSeD pUrGe SqUaDs ThOuGh’ shut the frick up, that was on the ones in vol’dun, not the pirate ones. the pirate ones have been getting killed by both sides, so it’s moot.
the pandaren should’ve brought them into both factions. ji, bringing them into the horde for their helpfulness, aysa bringing them into the alliance cause they remind her of ji. why would the pirate ones join up with the alliance? simple. they wanna sail the high-seas without fear of getting sunk, the kul’tiran/alliance would sign a deal not to sink’em, and protect them from horde ships.
why would they kill the vulpera on the other faction? simple. they’re deemed ‘quitters’ by the desert vulpera, why would’nt they hold a grudge against them for that?
…this is just my idea, you wanna hate on it? i understand, i just felt i had to get it out there.

your /silly says your a quitter then. your not a pirate vulpera. the same as how kul’tirans are’nt actually vrykul, and humans are’nt from lordaeron, no matter how much they wanna pretend otherwise.
you know who’s fault that is? blizzard. all they had to do, was add a little vulpera village to say… stormsong valley. but instead they added nothing notable there, and decided to screw the alliance out of an actual new race.
I don’t think the Alliance needs rat people - not even pirate rat people.
Eh, I think Vulpera’s a good mix, but if mechagnomes were customization options, then we needed Sethrak as well, and honestly imo, Sethrak are better for Alliance and Vulpera for horde.
Also, why does blizzard not like doing neutral races, have they given a reason?
they added cyborg gnomes that add nothing to the alliance. ‘rat people’ as you call them would’ve added more. seriously, mechagnomes add nothing normal gnomes did’nt give already.
I would at least agree that diaper gnomes were kinda weak. I wouldn’t say they were worse than rat people, though.

mechagnomes gave robots, spider-tanks, flying machines, etc… you know who else gave that stuff to the alliance? NORMAL GNOMES.
vulpera would’ve given them supply routes atleast, heck, maybe a small, pirate-y foothold in vol’dun. instead, blizz said: ‘nah. let’s give the alliance nothing new.’

The concept has the Dark Iron Dwarves coming from that area already. 
I like this idea of giving the Alliance rat men. I wouldn’t personally play one but I think an unofficial skaven instead of mechagnomes would’ve been pretty cool and I think more people would play them over mechagnomes.

As someone said alliance did nothing to help the vulpera, if anything made their lives harder if not outright purged their lives to begin with. Also when has the Alliance ever been a faction that went out of its way to help the lesser races of the world? Never is your answer, and never will be its answer moving into the future. So it makes 0 sense for vulpera to be in the alliance.
On top of that look at the alliance faction with all its snot nosed brats. Have they ever been grateful onces to anything Blizzard has ever done for them? Its always been complaints after complaints. Void elves now look exactly like blood elves but it isn’t enough, its never enough. I don’t see why blizzard should have to cater to such a selfish and self explosive community. They shouldn’t be blamed or faulted.
