Alliance needs a slam dunk Allied Race

Are they goblins?

They are a new race, no way to contest that.

Let’s pretend Sethrak went Alliance. They use the female Worgen skelly.

Still a new race.

I think Kelfin are amazing and I’d easily end up with one at max level in a week.

To each their own I say.

I would be happy for Jinyu or Ankoan personally.

I really like them.

Eh… As someone who was involved in those arguments I can honestly say it wasn’t a huge amount of people compared to other requests, they were just more organized and had a habit of making tons of threads.

Some do. Some want them only if they’re void based.

Honestly adding more classes is something everyone should be doing.

For the record. I am not one of those.

Oh hes not lying.

Though your perspective might change your feeling on it.

the vast majority of the high elf community wanted to look like your standard wotlk high elf which is just the blood elf model so yea he’s basically lying.

That’s literally what High Elves are though? I don’t get what you’re trying to argue here.

I’m not arguing anything. The majority of the high elf community wanted a carbon copy of the blood elf model. This is a practical objective fact.

Because that’s what High Elfs are. It doesn’t even matter considering Pandaren, a single race, are on both factions.

Let people have things.

I don’t believe that’s true. Most of them seemed to favor the changes he’s talking about.

(I did as well as it happens. That said I love void elves for the void aspect.)

This tells me you never actually took the time to look through any of the old High Elf threads. Because if simply wanting a playable race with Natural/Human Skin tones & Blonde/Red/Brunette hair is “Just the Blood Elf model” then the Alliance already has that with Humans & Dwarves.

I don’t care about the three people that wanted a different model. I care about the majority. Which if you’re honest with your community you realize that’s what the majority of people wanted, to be blood elves on the alliance.

Why does that matter if Pandaren are on both sides?

Or the fact Night Elves are on Horde?

You mean the race that was advertised as neutral? lol. Shush

Well I main EU and play horde mostly, and I don’t like it but I have to play orc for my class since in pvp every little bit helps towards that win so I need orc racial (go on xunamate and look up mistweavers and rshams, nearly all of them are orc because of racial and hardly any of them are alliance). But I’ve also hated all the horde architecture. I mained for years a night elf druid until half way through bfa and I liked it but there isn’t much of a variety of races on the alliance compared to the horde. I choose mainly for racials, oh and I felt forced to join horde because the alliance are dead now and I spent hours in lfg on the ali whereas I get flooded with responses on the horde side.
But yeh they need to add more races that don’t look like different size humans. Perhaps it will encourage more people to play alliance if there are some cool looking races on it.

It sounds like you feel that way and maybe given your current bias you’re unable to accept what I’ve said.

That’s fine.

From my experience in those threads for years most seemed to specifically want differences between the two models.

Interesting how you’re trying to dodge it. That’s precisely the point. They’re on both factions. Belf model being on both factions causes zero harm to anyone’s experience.

Let people have things.

I’m not dodging anything. Pandaren are completely different from void elves and blood elves.

Nope. The model, as well as the Night Elf model, is available on both factions.

You mean given your current bias you aren’t able to accept the fact that the majority of the high elf community just wants to play alliance blood elves? I know it’s a hard pill to swallow that a big portion of alliance players just want to play a horde race.

“What the majority of people clearly wanted”

Again, clearly never reading through one High Elf request thread or taking the time to understand why people want High Elves.

Are they any different from Blood elves and high elves?

Cause that’s what’s being discussed.

Void elves in this assumption wouldn’t be out yet.
