Why do you need an incentive to play a faction? I would play horde even if it was 1% and alli were 99%, it’s just all about the zug for me. Don’t you guys have something cool? Like dwarves or something?

No, that’s kind of the point. Horde gets all the cool stuff and Alliance doesn’t, and if they do it was an accident and gets nerfed shortly after
NEWS FLASH: orcs, undead, elves, tauren, humans, dwarves, gnomes…they are all played by humans.
There is no such thing as faction pride. People are motivated by numbers. Performance is everything. There’s a reason people like to drive fast and expensive cars.

Hate to say it but IMO them “Fresh” server boys may be on to something… Like seriously, if they did “FRESH” and had some really strong regulation in place to make sure servers did not A get over populated enough to need layers, and B locked a faction if it reaches a certain point REGARDLESS of the “friend” issues, the I really do think that the situation would sort it self out,
Hell they could even put up 2 fresh servers and see how it goes with really strict regulations in place like no server transfers, no luxury features, no nothing… Just roll on server whatever the name and play the faction that’s available to play; that might actually solve some issues, heck even make it so that they are not CRBG so that the players know they gotta be balanced or there is no PVP for them.
They also lack a cool race and dont get one till cata if we ever get to cata and they allow opposite faction toons on the same realm ill prob swap to alliance cause worgen are dope asf
