Alliance, it’s ok to back cap in korraks AV

Want an easy win? Go back cap.

You know, they are learning, I have to admit. As time goes on I’m seeing more Alliance wins and a lot more very close matches.

But my team will flag me as AFK and I’ll get kicked!

I don’t bother wasting air or time on it anymore. When I play AV, I just take my hunter and hunt solo people to kill in the middle region. If the alliance want to log in to farm npcs for a base race loss let them. Take your easy horde victory and enjoy it.

Just be careful when you are traveling through the empty area trying to catch back up with the Zerg. I’ll be waiting to fill you full of arrows!

What’s even more hilarious is that Alliance on EU servers are doing the exact same thing.

It’s literally just a terrible mindset players have.

How hard is to understand:

TAKE BACK STONEHEARTH?

Make no mistake. Some of these Alliance players are Horde players Merc queing.

They will play like absolute trash on Alliance side and then go log on their Horde and know how to play all of a sudden.

Seriously makes me sick.

I only have one under 120 toon now, an Alliance. Anytime I take her in the Alliance is already talking about how they’re going to lose even before the BG starts. Only a few actually really try, the rest just do whatever and wait for the Horde to win.

When and how do Alliance back cap? My experience is that horde take one objective at a time. Camp it till cap, before moving onto next.

How do Alliance back cap when their are 30+ sitting on a point? Do you want us to divert our entire offensive to back cap? You want us to turtle?

Screw that. A turtle does not turn into a win. Just a slow loss.

Just admit the map is flawed. Horde can zerg one objective at a time and still win. Alliance need to split thier force 5 different ways just to hope to win.

you can’t afk in the cave AND cap stuff too.

honestly though… it’s time that players who habitually get removed from bgs with zero damage/heals/objectives start getting hit with more than deserter.

Most matches I have been in Horde just stay together, at least a good amount, in whatever tower they are capturing. So you would need a good amount of Alliance to take them out.

That being said, some games Alliance doesn’t even cap their own towers, let alone back cap so…

Sounds about right. Alliance cant even manage to cap IBT or TP uncontested, yet OP wants them to try an back cap a highly defended tower where the entire horde zerg is sitting. Just not happening.

why prolong the game?

Win, or lose, as quick as possible.

I was there only to farm rams for the sweet, sweet mount. When the rams capped, I’d just wait for the Horde to win so those 10 badges can give me 5% more progress.

Pretty sure you get more badges through winning. Then again I have never done a single PvE quest there. But that would require actually playing the objective of the BG. shrug

Thing is, I just read this, and I will take note and do it. The problem is the other 39 people who didn’t read this, don’t read BG chat, and don’t give a flying fig. Just being real, but THAT is the real problem

More effort than farming my rams. I got the mount after 3 BGs and 1 BG where I had to cap just 7 rams.

I have have nothing but contempt for selfish PvE PoS like you.

Please just leave PvP to those who want to PvP. Last thing is Alliance need is more dead weight. Just play the BG as its supposed to be played. You will get your ram just as fast.

The nerve of thinking you should be able to screw over 39 other people for a freaking mount. Gah. I can’t even.

I take great pleasure in reporting every PvEer as AFK. I hope others do the same.

That’s a pretty common comment in cave from alliance players before we even start. It’s almost a “Ok, stay out of their way and let’s lose quicky, get the XP, and lose again” level of garbage. And in fact, I’ve heard it said almost exactly that way without anyone saying anything in response.

This is what I see happening as well. Horde takes one objective and guard it, meanwhile Alliance is all over the place. A small group can’t recap most of the time, because the Horde will have 20+ guarding their current target.

Also, once Horde reaches IWB, every Alliance at north is basically pinned in their base as it’s almost impossible to reach south. So, if you don’t commit to attacking south early, you end up trapped for half of the game.

Not to mention that defending SHB is way harder than defending TP or IBT. Horde can cap SHB before moving on, but Alliance need to worry about IBGY or else the Horde defenders respawn right next to IBT. GOing for IBT only before moving on is not an option.

if only you’d played the game… those scary bunkers reward badges too.

this comment was pretty funny… considering all the objectives are pve based.

There is a difference between a tower objective and escorting a freaking ram. One weakens the enemy commander. The other is just for badges and has no bearing on the match, other than one less person pushing objectives.
