You fail to understand that back when i first started doing this, there was literally only 2-3 communities running epic bgs. now we have 5-6 communities thats pretty awesome. those pugs that you guys are attempting to defend can either join or not. it’s in their best interest to join. new nickname coming out apparently BSG the pug lovers

We prefer to get a 10-15 pop instead of 25-40 as it makes the game too easy.
No one is buying this. I think the real reason is because it’s easier to A) schedule 10-15, and B) pass off 10-15 guildies “getting lucky” with their queues is much easier than 25-40.
Then I guess we have to make them care.

Pugs players these days are a 50/50 shot between toxic or a good team player. So RB isn’t wrong.
There is a difference between using that add on to see which groups popped at the same time and using it to actively avoid other groups and screwing over future queues; it uses it to spy and notify if you have people labeled as “griefers”, yet those people themselves are the ones guilty of it. Backfilling into an epic with 10 people on your side due to toxic dodging is a waste of everyone’s time. It doesn’t just affect one queue, it affects multiple queues and groups of people at once.
If you’re playing with a community wouldn’t you WANT to challenge yourself against another community? Winning vs a strong pre-made while you’re outnumbered or after a 1.5 hour ashran is so much more fun than only taking massive pops vs only pugs with low amounts of healers. Those are the games that are remembered and those are the games that make you a better player. Pugs that experience long drawn out team fight games usually ask if they can join in next time as no one really enjoys the pug meta of most epics.
Certain people say it’s to get us to quit playing because we will consistently be in a 40v10, but we just finish the game and get back into q. All this is accomplishing is making horde players stop playing epics and it’s evident on the forums that people know who is orchestrating all of this on the horde side, without naming names.

BSG, AVM, and RR are equally toxic, each for different reasons. They thrive on finger-pointing and loud accusations, constantly shouting about what others are doing wrong, while refusing to take any accountability for their own actions. It’s all about deflecting blame and never looking inward.
Every community has its share of toxic behavior—it’s an unfortunate part of the internet. However, these forum battles are gaining traction, and more people are beginning to recognize these groups for what they truly are. The castles they’ve built on lies are starting to crumble around them.
