Alliance alt can't get to Zuldazar

I’m having issues getting to Zuldazar on my Alliance alt. I’m hoping some of you seen this problem before and know what I need to do.

This is my alt:

The problem I’m having is:

  • Grand Admiral Jes will not let me go to Zuldazar. No options.
  • Nobody around the boat, including Cyrus, has any available quest to give me.
  • Map doesn’t either.
  • This character must have been Horde at one point because some stuff is unlocked. I’m researched to the second level, I can recruit troops and I have have these followers:

  • Nazjatar is unlocked
  • I helped Magni give Anduin his hammer.
  • I was able to pick up “Tides of War” in Stormwind but I can’t turn it in.
    • Petitioner’s Chamber is missing Jaina, Anduin and everyone else needed for the quest.
    • Logging off then on didn’t fix this.

The npc near the table on the boat should have a couple breadcrumb quests before giving you the one to fly to one of the 3 horde zones.

You might have to turn on low level quests and do all the war campaign quests till it unlocks.

I already did that back in BFA.

Like I said in my OP, that character is an alt. I did all the questing on both factions way back in BfA.

I’m starting to think so because what I found online isn’t helping.

It does look like you faction changed back in 2019 from the Horde and I’m not seeing any Alliance specific quests done.

For Tides of War, it looks like you started the Cloak quest line, which is why you can’t turn that in. You shouldn’t have to complete the entire thing, but you’ll need to pick up and finish Where the Heart Is.

Give that a try and see if it allows you to continue questing.

I’m not seeing any progress on Ready for War for that character. You have a lot of alts, it wouldn’t be unheard of to lose track of the progress on one of them. :slight_smile:

Thank you, I’ll give this a try.

I was able to pick up “Tides of War” in Stormwind and I was going to progress down that avenue but Jaina and Anduin are missing from the Petitioner’s Chamber.

It’s not my fault you guys gave us a 50% exp buff.

Yeah. The Cloak quest line phases that out for it’s own story. Doing that last quest should return it to the normal phase so you can turn in Tides of War.

LOL Okay, fair. I so need to find time to take advantage of that. I have so many alts that could use a bit of love.

I picked up “Where the Heart Is”, turned it in, then I was finally able to do “Tides of War.” If anyone reads this in the future, I did not pick up the quest after “Where the Heart is.” I was just getting rid of the phasing in the throne room. Anyways, the cloak quest didn’t even enter my mind as the hold up because it’s so far down the chain.

My gnome just landed in Vol’dun.
