Ya avoid this person, kicked me from a group and called me name just for wining an item over him. 2 others of his guild were in the group so instant kick. And they waited till last boss, people like this should be blacklisted across everything.

i think you are right, with no evidence lets ban that person, and we can start banning all the players that we dont like. we dont need proof or anything, just whatever we say happens happened.
