This remains one of my favorite quotes in forum history. “Meatball doin’ Meatball things.”
Btw, what do the covenant swapping changes in 9.1.5 mean for mission tables? Do we get to swap covenants and keep our mission table followers and get sick tmogs and mounts overnight every time we change to a covenant we’ve never had? I’d very much like that if so!
I don’t know with this mission table. Most of my dudes are around rank 30, and most of my missions are against level 35-49 elite dudes for like…300 gold.
I’ll make the best team I can and be like “Oh yeah, this pumps!” with 8.5k HP and 900 attack.
Then the bad guy team is like 15k HP and 850 attack
I just got the one that calculates win/loss chance. It will help at least. I just want my guys all maxxed so I can send them on all the free gold missions without having to think about teams too hard.
Kind of killed me in late 9.0 after switching from Venth to Kyrian. I had all of those guys to about level 30 and just didnt feel like starting over.
One of the secrets is, you troop level is calculated by an average of all your buddies divided by 2.
Effectively what this means is you only need to level HALF your buddies to have your troops at max level, and then your troops can help carry the lower ones.
So just keep stuffing your highest half of your buddies into those exp missions and let the bottom half flounder until the top reaches max.
So your buddies can look like, 35, 35 35 35 35 and then 12, 14, 11, 10
I will be honest i just use an addon that tell me when they will win so i get gold, runes, fish and meat.
I find this table system horrible and way more complicated than it should be.
Bron, Kleia, ELGU, Mikanikos and Apolon are the guys I used for kyrian. They’re all around 44-50, only mikanikos is 50. Just finished all 4 of the mount missions so not sure what else to even use them for. They’ve been clearing the soul cinders mission for a while.
Those guys 1 shot each mount campaign mission though so I think that set up is pretty good. ELGU and mikanikos blast for sure.
Considering that korthia gives a near endless supply of anima, I just use them fof whatever I need for the week. Meat fish and runes are good for m+, and since I only ever need 1 legendary, I use my extra soul cinders to buy sockets.
However, I still personally think that Bron is “S” tier, not “B” tier, especially with the new 9.1 missions.
He has no healing or damage reduction like tanks from other covenants, but his counter-attack can do quite a bit of damage if he is placed to take a lot of attacks, and each counter-attack can be augmented by bonuses from other companions such as Sika.
In fact, putting Bron in the upper left with Milanikos below him is the only way I have found to clear some of the new harder missions without any fatalities. (Kleia, Pelagos, and Kosmas go well with these two.)
Note: Bron is “B” compared to Necrolord tanks, though, so maybe that’s why you ranked him as “B”.
