Hi Frostchi,
I see you constantly posting on these threads.
What are your thoughts on OCE only having 1 PVP server available at launch, and people already committing to guilds and friends.
If there was the current server choice available at launch, sure, I’d take the criticism. But we are here because we were given one server option in the first place.

Yes they do bud. It’s a simple method that works, and requires nothing extra than pushing through something they’ve had in place and has worked for months. Giving them an excuse of something else to use is just that. There’s no reason why layers can’t be added back, and hold them there until it’s clear that they are no longer necessary. This was a poor move on their behalf, and I hope they realise that sooner rather than later.

Silly reply. Originally there was one PvP realm planned for OCE. I wanted to play PvP, I chose Arugal. Later on, they brought out other realms because of the oversight. Does that mean anyone that I met, played with, friendships are made, I should just convince to transfer over, as opposed to just allowing layering to continue until the issue is resolved? Cmon. Why are we always the ones that have to ‘give’? How bout just flick the switch and make it work again like it has for months, before they made the decision to just flick the switch off, and now I have to convince 80 friends to hop realms with me? Ignore the white knight part and start being realisic.

If you cannot stop the queue, than dont remove layering.
Now 241mins of queue time. 4 hours queue, wtf is blizzard thinking?
Guys why don’t we just get everyone from the reddit to xfer to felstriker, in turn giving blizzard 125k, and us having to unlock the gates again! YEAH! GREAT IDEA!
This is actually dumb af. We -might- have been okay, if they didnt remove the transfer / creation restrictions. But I doubt it.
They would NEVER not be necessary. People on here have said it themselves. Guilds are transferring in. Lets say they bring back an extra layer, what then? It fills up and now you are back to long queues. Do you demand ANOTHER layer? Layering is not a fix, it was a bandaid and known to not be a long term solution.

The only reason Blizzard brought back layering was the combination of it being the Coronavirus quarantine along it with being the summer.
Now that the new school year is starting half of that reason is gone, and the other one is decreasing day by day.
People picked megaservers expect to have queues for your stubbornness.
The option to delayer realms with populations like Arugal passed a long time ago. And in the case of Arugal it never was and never became an option.
I can guarantee that every player on this server would prefer layers to a multi-hour queue.
I understand some players don’t want layers and if it’s that important to them they can play on one of the servers without population issues.
But people have established guilds and communities now and there is simply no alternative. We either play with the few negative impacts of layers or much of the time can’t play at all.

and like, all this gatekeeping is annoying. “you dont play on arugal so your opinion is invalid” bruh the only difference between arugal and sulfuras is the name and the names of the players.
