All of my characters are gone

My realm list characters are totally gone. When I select a server my characters were on the screen is black and no character creation button.

Update: they show up on the server after waiting like 5 mins.
Update: character not found error.

Have you done a full UI reset (as detailed in Support article linked below) to rule out a misbehaving addon or corrupted UI?

Same… I don’t have any characters created right now on any realms for some reason… What’s going on?

i had this issue then Servers came to a black screen after some time not all my toons say Character not found

Same thing here. No characters to select.

I don’t use any addon managers, and all my old addons are disabled.

I selected my realm (That said I had no characters on it) and waited a while at a black screen unable to select my character. Once I clicked the addon tab in the bottom left it immediately brought all my characters back, however upon trying to load in it gave me the character not found error

I did all the other steps listed and now I can’t log in at all.

There is currently an issue being reported, so that is likely related, Hulnboy.
