When I attack any NPC whether in quest or just randomly pick out a wandering bad guy none of my attacks do damage and the attacked NPC shows that it EVADES. This occurs on training dummy’s as well. Have unloaded all add-ons and receive same results. I have also tried attacking training dummy’s without any armor and there is no change in the results. Only have this issue on my shaman. Any suggestions, options, ideas, thoughts, etc. All would be appreciated. Thanks.
Have you done a full UI reset (as detailed in Support article linked below) to rule out a misbehaving addon or corrupted UI?
Please note, this is not the same as disabling addons OR doing a /reload of your UI.

Have completed the UI reset and tried attacking some red bad guys out in the real world and the results are the same. But I can kill critters. Thank you.
Forgot to add: I can stand right next to red / bad guys and do not aggro them. Weird , eh? Will open a ticket and see what the Blizzard AI / support says.

Also, another thought. Has your character died since this all began? If not, perhaps killing the character could remove any hidden debuffs that might be causing said issue.
