Like the title says, all mobs are leashed and can’t be kited.
Why is this implemented when it was not in the TBC vanilla version? Can’t even kite +3 player elite quest mobs to kill them.

Translated:
“I can’t train an elite into Honor Hold to grief players”
No idea if this was a thing back in the day, but if you are kiting them that far then don’t go that far.
So that people can’t grief cities for 24 hours a day.
it was on tbc
Perhaps you remember when all mobs had leeches?
Good times.
I remember people kiting a Fel Reaver in Shatt to kill A’dal. Probably why they’ve changed it. Among a thousand other things.
People did it back then, but eventually it was hotfixed every time. Pretty much because people took it too far.
I can’t wait for TBCC to drop so bored idiots will stop killing my bank alt with infernals.
Blizzard has always ‘adjusted’ said kiting npcs. My fav was Cata Shandris Feathermoon. She was top world boss.
Ability to pull a mob 2 million miles away is stupid. If it was in original BC, it was wrong then. And I am happy it’s fixed.
I actually liked it. Any fun use of game mechanics is fine by me and is within the spirit of what RPG’s are about.
I loved it, and I miss it. It’s just another case of Blizzard catering to entitled crybabies.
‘Oh no, my auction house bidding was interrupted because a dragon attacked Stormwind!!’
Imagine that being your priorities.
There were some very early vids from a Mage called Faxmonkey I loved back in the day. He would solo everything.
His motto was “If you can chill it I can kill it”.
Oh no I can’t play the game seems like better priorities than
“oh no I can’t grief my own faction”
Imagine not kiting it to the opposite faction’s capital.
Maybe your bank alt should git gud?
Fair.
