Evening,
So just today I was spending all my Titan Residuum on Azerite pieces and selling them to the vendor. Once I logged back into my character all my gear, consumables, bags literally everything I had was deleted/gone. I checked the item restoration but its not listed in that. Is this a bug or something with selling my azerite pieces?
Known bug that usualy clears up in 12hrs give or take not gone just invisble but in the mean time post in the bug forums more posts people make the better.
It’s a rare display bug that crops up once in a while.you still have the items but just cannot see them.
You’ll have to submit a ticket to have gm reset them if it doesn’t clear itself in a day, but they may want you to do a complete ui reset first which you can find out how to do by using the support link at the top right of this page and searching for “reset ui”.
I thot it clears up by the reset woulndt a ticket be a waste of time.

Thanks for the responses. Saw that tickets take 4 days and seems like a pretty dumb bug/issue to be having.
actualy tickets are averaging 2 days. Problem with this bug they havent been able to figure out whats causing it as it usualy clears up on its own which is why i suggested a bug report.
I would go ahead and do the ui reset and submit a support ticket describing the issue and including the fact that you did a complete ui reset.
If the problem clears, you can always cancel the ticket but if it doesn’t, you’re hours advanced in the ticket queue.
The estimated time you see for a support ticket is the time the oldest ticket has been in the queue. They typically have more convoluted issues to work through to close those tickets than a ticket reporting a known issue like this. You would get processed much sooner than the oldest tickets.
It may also clear after today’s maintenance. A proper reset UI wouldn’t hurt, however. This is usually just a display glitch.
