All Characters are gone

I logged in just fine with my characters last night and today i logged in to find all my characters are gone

i have an authenticator. Please help

ive unpdated add-ons, closed and re opened, and completely restarted my game…

Same server issues they were having last night. I just had the same tonight. I am sure they are working on it, but it is frustrating.
